BBVA API Market
Each year, in different parts of the world, FinDEVr brings together reputed representatives and partners from the Fintech sector. In the most recent edition held last 18 and 19 October in Silicon Valley, BBVA showed off all its advances in the area of APIs in front of fintech developers, vice-presidents of engineering and CTOs.
At the presentation, Shamir Karkal, head of Open Platform at BBVA, showed how in the last two years BBVA has transformed its capabilities to be able to support a complex customer bank thanks to financial APIs.
He was accompanied at the event by Diego Blanco, the head of PaaS & Open APIs Platform CTO at BBVA, and together they showcased the potential uses of BBVA’s open APIs, including navigating its development portal and how to obtain the necessary credentials to start working with them.
