*Considerations regarding the report generation service: This service is an optional functionality independent of your CIE contract, which already has a report of payments received to your agreement. It is specially designed for institutions that already have certification with Banxico to generate collections (QR and push), allowing them to check the status of their received payments without needing to contract the complete CIE service.

How does it work?

1. Collection request

The company generates the collection request (either via Push notification or QR code) through the API, securely authenticating with its credentials.

2. The customer makes the payment

The customer scans the QR code or opens the push notification and confirms and accepts the payment with a single click directly in their banking app.

3. Funds credited and notification

Once the payment is confirmed, the funds are credited to the business’s registered account in real time. At the same time, the business’s systems receive a real-time update on the payment request status through the CoDi® Notification API.

4. Push Inquiry

Asynchronously and at any time, the company can check the status of a previously generated push operation, whenever required.
