The most current and impactful legal issues for the banking sector in Latin America will be the main focus of this new edition of the congress, aimed at professionals in the legal area and, in general, interested in the banking sector who want to keep up to date with the latest news and have a global and future vision of an area as essential and important as financial law. The agenda is made up of conferences led by speakers who will address topics such as blockchain, digital identity or the regulatory aspects of the sector.
Specifically, on October 16 there will be a panel of experts that will include the presence of Carlos López-Moctezuma, Global Head New Business Models, Open Banking and Innovation at BBVA, about open banking, how it has evolved in Spain and how its regulation is being carried out in Latin America. An interesting debate on one of the most determining issues for the new banking scenario, in which digitization and opening up to new actors are setting the tone for the present and the future.
